Clean up photos and files, without regrets
Most libraries hold tens of gigabytes of copies, bursts and screenshots nobody looks at. AdMindra finds them, shows them and lets you decide. Nothing is deleted by itself.
What AdMindra finds
- Exact copies: the same content in several places. One stays.
- Nearly identical photos: bursts of the same moment. The favourite, the sharpest or the largest stays.
- Screenshots older than six months.
- Blurry photos.
- Large old videos: 500 MB or more, untouched for over a year.
- Downloads: anything but photos and video, untouched for more than 30 days.
- Photos of receipts and papers, which move to Documents instead of being deleted.
How to do it
- Open Clean up my archive in AdMindra. Cleanup counts the whole library and shows what can be freed.
- Go through the cards one at a time. Every photo starts selected, and you deselect the ones you want to keep.
- Press Move to trash. What you remove stays for 30 days.
- Look through the trash whenever you like and empty it yourself. Undo brings back exactly what you moved.
Save space without deleting
If you want to keep everything but take less space, AdMindra can store photos in a more modern format and large videos in HEVC. It is optional and can be undone for 30 days.
Just clean up, without moving anything
You don't need to gather your library in AdMindra to clean up. Point at the folder where the files already are, for example on your computer or in your Dropbox or OneDrive folder, and clean up there.
Coming: two-minute cleanup
A swipe mode for phone and computer: left to discard, right to keep. Or see several photos at once and mark the ones to keep. What you discard goes to the trash until you empty it.
