NODE TERMS ADDENDUM

Your computer. Your choice. Clear rules when you share it.

This Node Addendum supplements the general AdMindra Terms. It applies when you install AdMindra Node, connect a computer to Personal Mesh, or explicitly enable spare-compute sharing.

1. Local AI and Personal Mesh

Local Private AI can run on your computer without community sharing. Connecting Node to an AdMindra workspace lets approved AdMindra services route your own private jobs to that computer. Your own work remains the highest-priority workload on that Node.

2. Community sharing is optional

Community compute is off unless you enable it. When enabled, AdMindra may offer the Node eligible, scoped workloads only while capacity is available. You can pause or disable sharing at any time. Node is designed to use outbound encrypted connections and does not require opening inbound router ports.

3. Friends and trusted sharing

Where AdMindra offers trusted friend or family sharing, those grants are evaluated ahead of general public-network work. Your own jobs still remain first. Availability, routing rules and capacity controls may evolve as Mesh develops.

4. AdMindra Credits

Verified eligible network work may earn AdMindra Credits according to the rate and verification rules shown by AdMindra at the time. Credits are platform utility, not cash, securities, stored monetary value or an investment product, and are not currently cash-redeemable. AdMindra may add or change eligible uses, including Advanced AI, premium or newly released model access, and network compute. Earning rates and eligible uses may change as the service evolves.

5. Electricity, bandwidth and hardware

You control whether a computer participates. Running AI workloads can consume electricity, bandwidth, storage and hardware resources. You are responsible for costs associated with your device and internet connection. AdMindra may apply thermal, load, reliability, abuse or capacity limits to protect users and the network.

6. Models and third-party licenses

Some local models, runtimes and model files are provided by third parties and may have their own licenses or access conditions. AdMindra can automate installation and integrity checks, but those third-party license terms remain applicable to the relevant model or software.

7. Beta service and availability

AdMindra Node and Mesh may include beta functionality. Features, model availability, reward rules, limits and network capacity can change. AdMindra may suspend workloads or a Node connection when required for security, abuse prevention, reliability, legal compliance or maintenance.

8. Your control

You can stop community sharing without uninstalling local AI, disconnect the Node from your workspace, remove local models you own, or uninstall the application. Disconnecting may end access to Personal Mesh, synced Node status, referrals and network rewards while leaving unrelated AdMindra account data governed by the general AdMindra Terms.
